Friday Feast: Pork Osso Bucco and Wild Boar Meatballs

I like to do something special for lunch on Fridays.

Each week, my wife, my business partner and I carve out some time to sit down, eat a nice meal and just spend some quality time after a long and productive week.

Now, I’m a bit of a meat aficionado…
