These are great products. Maintenance is easy and super reliable. We have one of these at work around the same year. About 1500 hours and only normal maintenance has ever been needed. We use ours to tow our planes with and our ground support equipment. We have a Pintle hook hitch on ours not a typical ball hitch. You could say we have beat the ball bag off ours though just by using it normally. Have had to replace the seats 3x, 3 sets of tires, and the steering rack as the balljoints had blown out lol.
