This is terrifying a 19 year old, who doesn’t have much for assets, I’m actively working to achieve my dream life but I’m scared I won’t have enough time.

Its easy to see this as a reason to be depressed and not take action, but I’m gonna do my best to use it as fuel and further motivate me to do the work to achieve my goals.

Why not just invest in tech and AI-related stocks like the Nasdaq 100? If they will grow exponentially, the owners of these companies will likely make bigger profits than possible on the real estate. Only the past 5 years average return of QQQ ( with 2 stock market crash) without reinvesting the dividend was 30%, and most likely because AI fundamentally has a bigger value the average return of tech sector will be continue to grow
