There is high prevalence of unsuspected intrauterine lesions in females with unexplained infertility. How is the cavity, we could also visualize the bilateral tubal openings. If there are any adhesions present if there is any polyps or any septum in the same sitting we can correct it. So nowadays very tiny hysteroscopic instruments are available in the form of scissors. So through the help of these cesarean we can correct these intrauterine lesions in the same sitting we can remove the polyp, we can incise the septum also we can do the adhesiolysis. After hysteroscopy and after the correction of these lesions patient can conceive spontaneously also and even if we do hysteroscopy pre IVF before the embryo transfer.
