Thank you for the kind words! Our customers can also get vehicle support on our web forum, click the [About] button in VCDS and you'll find the link. Just beware of :)

We no longer sell the HEX+CAN, we ran out of room to update the firmware so it would work with all +2016 cars. Our current generation HEX series devices do support +2016 VW/Audi vehicles and we have "Enthusiast" versions for $199 and $299. If some one is only working with 1 car, $199 has them covered.
