LCS is a fast, agile, mission-focused platform designed to operate in near-shore environments, winning against 21st-century coastal threats. LCS is capable of supporting forward presence, maritime security, sea control, and deterrence.

Those aren’t “Land Attack Missiles”….those are AGM-114 Hellfire Missiles, and their purpose on the LCS is to destroy small boat attacks. They only have a range of about 11km so not much use as a “Land Attack Missile”.

Awesome! So what was that cost to get to this point? 10's of billions to get a cruise missile off? We're seriously Fck'ed.
