Ever since i put quarter turn valves under the kitchen sink in place if traditional valves, my water volume and pressure disappeared, the water flow absolutely sucks. Do quarter turn valves have a smaller oraface for water to flow through as opposed to traditional full turn valves?

Why you didn’t use Teflon tape and megaloc on the male part with the threads because I had kitchen supply lines that had a washer inside and they still leaked after tightening them untilI I applied Teflon tape plus the megaloc.
