How To Drag & Drop (when there is no empty space) in the Project Panel :
1. Add Folder(s) with a lot of footage files in the Project Panel
2. Twirl open Footage Folder
3. Select Files
4. Drag files to the far left column of the Project Panel
5. Look for the green ‘Plus’ icon (+)
6. Drop anywhere in the far left column when the cursor turns to a Plus
