Reading is faster, and concentration is way higher in light mode. Plus, the more blue light we get, the more the pineal gland is stimulated to produce serotonin. Maybe that's why dark mode users are always so insufferable and depressing lmao. /j

as someone who uses a LOT of OLED screens - the white parts of the screen are just being powered purely to show nothing - this is a waste of power - a waste of energy and totally pointless. That is why some of us use dark mode - it has nothing to do with "dealing with the colour white"

This can be very similar to not warning people about flashing brightness, both things can actually cause people with migraine, epilepsy, and other things extreme pain and actual brain damage.
Its weird of you to say to people who find discomfort to "just stop being uncomfortable", without wondering to yourself if there could be people who are affected to a extreme degree.
