To save your sad carnosa compacta, you may want to leave/root it in a container with some water. It could possibly put out some roots. Mine did.

The Hoya in your grow shelf close to your sunrise maybe getting burned from the light, hence the blackening of the leaves. I have an obscura that started doing the same thing and began doing better when I moved it away from the light some.

The sad hoya lobbii -- if I saw those brown spots surrounded by yellow on a philodendron I'd weed it out of my plant community for a possible fungal infection -- I've not seen it on hoya before. But, I had to mention it to you, Amy! Just in case. ✌

Are you sure about your "round leaf" crimson queen? True, it has similar markings to the crimson queen, but I believe the elongated leaf version may be the true crimson queen and the rounder leaf with dimples may be a hoya snowball. I have one just like it, and another hoya enthusiast with more experience recognized the round leaf version as a hoya "snowball." It would be nice for someone to do a comparison. You have an AMAZING hoya collection -- thanks so much for sharing. I really enjoy your videos. 😊
