a friend of mine gave me a 5lb. sack of white flour. i haven't bought a sack of white flour in 10 years cause i always knew that something is not quite right with white bleached flour. i know you can make bread with it but i never eat white bread. so i find your video asking yt if white flour is good for you. excellent video and hope you have more on the way. hope i am not subbing for nothing. let me know if you are still putting on a show. thanks!

Is that hair colour natural? If so, you look like an angel haha if thats coming from cutting out flour, I wont ever look at pastries the same ever again.
