Two methods for controlling layer visibility in drawings created using landscape CAD software

A number of landscape designers working in a team using gCADPlus wanted some advice about using the Layer Control and Layers States manager. We suggest here that some care needs to be taken with the use of managing views with the states manager as it is easy to become confused. We recommend using the layer Control manager rather than control visibility with the layers states tool.
