Let's get this straight. The legislation that Our Governor put into law, allowed people who had x felony on their record (not in jail or on probation ) to vote. Minnesota law did not allow for ANY felony (, including felonies including 30 year old felonies), to vote. What he did made sense. Especially since people with child support felonies that were years old, being able to vote. You were able to pay taxes, but not vote??? I credit Gov Walz with a law that made total sense.
