I've been so curious about this thing ever since I first heard about it. Kenji you've really inspired me to cook a whole lot more in the last few months (your book and videos have been of immense help). Can't wait to hear your thoughts about the oven as you eventually try it out!

Unboxing is totally a Youtube thing. The oven is amazing. Our big range packed it in a couple weeks before my Anova was set to be delivered, after using the Anova the range is not getting replaced. Bread, eggs, pizza, baking, seafood cooked to perfection; I haven’t discovered anything I can’t do in it.

I love unboxing videos because they show you what you actually get. Not enough product manufacturers have pictures of the non ideal angles for me to see how something actually plugs into the rest of the world.
