3 steps, two fingers ON THE FLOOR with a little more space in between. Secure the lock, step on the block for checking, push the back leg and slowly lower ur knees, front leg knee should be near or beside ur arm. Tension should go through the whole body to feel the strike on the block to push forward.

A 6ft+ guy will feel too bunched with this setting I think, this can't work for everyone.
