A nice bookcase really looks at home and can be a centerpiece of a living space. Not to mention all the storage you get from it, as well as being able to have things on display. They aren't all that hard, I'm going to show you how.

I use brown paper grocery bags after the first coat of a water based finish. I find it not only knocks the grain down, it also can be easier to get into the corners.

My highschool Woodshop teacher always had us keep a journal for each project. We would plan out operations for each day. I do this for every major project I do to this day 20 years later to keep my workflow smooth.
