I do the apple cider vinegar on a cotton pad and hold it between my lips for 2-3 minutes pressing it into my lips every few seconds, rinse until the tingling is gone then apply vitamin e oil & let it soak in for atleast 20-30 mins 😌

I doubted you. But I tried it and it’s Listen I have tried everything going to bed with tumeric lips like an idiot. But seriously my lips are healed. I did more than 10 mins and I was fine. I’ve had to use it with lip repair balm so it heals faster

The changes are permanent as long as your lips don't get too dry to the point of splitting. Don't let your lips get too dry. Exfoliate and put vaseline on every night before bed. This works!

watched your video about apple cider vinegar, and also a YouTuber talked about it. Unfortunately, I could not tolerate the vinegar on my lips. I felt a severe burning, then I gave up on the idea of applying vinegar. I do not generalize my experience, it may suit someone else. For me, it was a burning experience 😅 I just put Vaseline before bed and moisturize my lips throughout the day. Today thank you

I used to use a.c.v was happy with it, then stept over to ordinary glycolic acid, in the beginning seems to help but after a while I noticed my hyperpigmentation got darker and even worst. So I stopped using it and started using a.c.v again and I see great results. Not going with all the hypes again. I will keep on using a.c.v
