use your enb then my gpu temp go to 83 degress im afraid with this :O im use 2060

I find it strange. When you drop to 40 fps your game still looks smooth but mine looks choppy when it drops to that fps. Does anyone know why that could be? I'm running an rx 590 and an i5 9600k. Does the monitor have anything to do with it?
