Mia! If you are not already using a vertical mouse to help with wrist pain—you’ve GOT to. I work on the computer all day and was getting severe wrist pain. Now I use my vertical mouse with my dominant hand and when my wrist starts acting up, I switch to my non-dominate hand with a trackball mouse (I use the Kensington Orbit because I don’t need to use my fingers or thumb much at all to move the mouse and scroll). Literally life changing so I highly recommend you and anyone else who does a lot of computer work to try out this setup!

Those eyeshadow sticks are for putting under your eyes to emphasize the ‘fat pouch’, it makes you look cuter (aegyosal in Korean).

Mia! Next time in Japan you should try the hair products! The little wax stick to combat frizz is literally what all the baddies in Japan use and it’s a life saver in the humidity there 🙌🏻

As a side note, if you are prone to mouth ulcers, switch to a toothpaste that doesnt have SLS (sodium laurel sulfate). I have always gotten ulcers and when I was in Spain for work, I ended up with over 20 at one time! It was so painful. After that I researched and found out about SLS. My kids switched toothpaste too and they dont get ulcers anymore.
