I think this helps with "anti-aging." So many people, at a certain point, start talking about "the good old days." They say, "I remember when . . ." always followed by how great something was, without realizing that they are creating old age and death by placing everything worthwhile in the past. Children never do this because they have nothing to look back upon; the best is always ahead. " . . .
