This recipe is it’s a hearty, comforting, and a delight to the taste buds!INGREDIENTS
400g (1 2/3 cup) Minced beef
1 Onion
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Cumin
3 Eggplants
100g (1/3 cup) Cheese
Oil
40g (2 tbsp) Tomato sauce
Basil
 
METHOD

Bake eggplants.
In a bowl add minced beef, chopped onion, pepper, cumin and salt. Mix and make 3 balls. Spread each ball between foil.
Remove foil and add eggplant in the middle. Cut it and fill it with cheese. Roll and leave in the fridge, put them in pan and coat with oil.
Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Serve with basil leaves and pour the tomato sauce over them.
