Annie-Swain sounds really scary. She's an amazing attacker, like a better first strike, but cannot block at all. Also her spell is really scary.

Kinda surprised Tibbers doesn't has a 'If Annie dies' effect, but overall it's still pretty cool!

Putting her in the Black rose academy was such a great idea! I mean, she had the tragic backstory of a traumatized orphan and an iconic design of a devilish scary schoolgirl, Annie's main problem was that the two don't clash, but putting her in a actual school is just chef's kiss

Man y'all don't know how happy I am they added Annie. She doesn't get the most talk, but she's the only champion I play nowadays aside from Vex. I love the fact that she's essentially a puppet character, and her classic creepy girl & doll horror trope. I was really interested in how they'd modernize the character because while her look in ANNIE: ORIGINS is phenomenal, I actually preferred them tweaking her iconic base look. Fact is, Annie is gifted even for a mage, and most of all she's a champion, so she should look the part too.

Fitting Annie in the Black Rose Academy was the natural direction for her because she couldn't be a lost, orphan with barely any connections to the rest of the lore forever. It'd have charm, but more befits a smaller NPC longterm, not an iconic character from LoL's beta days (if you don't know, it's a secret school in Noxus where they take gifted kids and weaponize them). Don't cry Tibbers lol you earned it buddy.

Seeing this and after reading the new lore story of how Annie's parents met, this is just sad and horrible. She became the thing her parents (or specifically her mother) refused to become herself. Now her daughter is being manipulated by the organisation her mother hated.

I really hope we get some lore that ties together Annie and Rell. Rell wants to protect the survivors of Noxus' magic academies, and Annie could use a big sister.

I love that Annie's path of champions opponents are lit Zoe and Lulu, good move rito, good move, LoL.
I love Annie here she looks incredible and fun to play as, I can't wait to try and make a deck with her.
