ITS FINALLY TIME - Actually Playing the Fallout 3 Remake

Today we play the Fallout 3 remake mod, otherwise known as Fallout 4 The Capital Wasteland. The mod has an ongoing beta phase for its point lookout DLC and in this video I go over my experience and first impressions with it.

I just got done with a Fallout 3 playthrough a month ago, this mod looks like a 1:1 recreation. Except the swamp folk, they are bullet sponges in the original game.

The Desmond VA is incredible! He was definitely the best part of PL and it looks like the mod is delivering

Dude, I've actually got a few tears in my eyes.. I got Fallout 3 back in early 2009 when I bought a PS3 from a friend, and I fell deeply in love with the atmosphere and the lore from the start. I've got at least 3, 000 hours into FO3. This game was my renaissance, it forever changed my taste in video games. And to see it like this.. it's just surreal. My only regret is that I don't own a PC to be able to play this when it releases. But nonetheless, I'm crying tears of joy right now. The nostalgia is overwhelming, and I'm not even the one playing. Absolutely AMAZING work by the mod team!
