Capella Center opens new ballroom event space

Owner of the Capella Arts Center in La Crosse Matt Curtis hosted a grand opening party Thursday, Sept. 19 to celebrate the renovation of the center's new event space. The Stella Ballroom, a smaller space at the back of what was once the First Methodist Episcopal Church of La Crosse, will host weddings and events.
