What about copyright strike or license issue

Seems like copywritten music can only be added to a short from the mobile app. If you upload a video in that mobile app, it doesn't always process and 4K. Sometimes it process is in 720 so how do you get a sixtey second copy written song onto a short that you want to process and four k using your desktop

Hello, I have the issue of old reels say a week old had music for a full 1 min long song, now my gaming reels music is lasting 15 sec's and cutting out. Why is this the issue. I have tried what you did, but still music only 15 sec's long. :(
