WindPro Umbrella Not Staying Open and Spine Not Connected

I had a ShedRain WinPro umbrella that refused to stay open. The spine was also not connected any longer. I was unable to fix it by trying what is recommended online like pushing the handle down really hard while it is upside down. After contacting the manufacturer, they sent me a replacement for free.

If you experience this same problem, I recommend contacting ShedRain to see if they can replace it for you, it worked for me.

How to fix: Push the handle and the top together to make the stick as small as possible. It will click in place. Push the button to open. It should pop open and stay up.

Push the umbrella on the ground until you hear a click on the handle. Make sure you do not press the opening button on the umbrella again or else it will do it again

I have just received my Umbrella 'Mini Automatic Deluxe Foldable Storm Pure Black Business' and I have the exact same problem. It does not have a fix. I've just sent the company an email to get a return label and process a refund for me. I wonder why did not they fix this problem. I can see that the post was in 2015. Almost 10 years, wow.

All you have to do is push it all the way in. Then it'll work properly again ...

It is advised to close the application and reopen it. Repeat the process for three to four times and it will start functioning properly.
