Modal Equations and Stability of the Time-Exact Single Degree of Freedom Systems — Lesson 9 — Part 1
Показать описание
The single degree of freedom equation for time-exact and time-discrete problems is analyzed here. The equations are written with the initial conditions. Also, by using the time-exact equation, the time- discrete equation can be derived. This is possible because the process of time discretization and modal decomposition are linear ones. This course was developed by University of Michigan professors Krishna Garikipati and Dr. Gregory Teichert, in partnership with Ansys.
