How do I reassign keys on my keyboard? Remap Your Keyboard without any additional software!

For this tutorial I changed key A with key 2 and key 2 with key A.

I have Onikuma keyboard which does not have Right Alt but I need to enter polish characters like ś (which is usually done through Right Alt+S) so I made my Right Ctrl work like Right Alt.
