Can it do toggles? Like say I want to activate a key when pressed, but not when I release it.

hello! Do you know if there is a way to Reassign symbols instead of just swapping keys?
for example. Question mark is super frequently used. but you have to press Shift+ something to type that. same for Double quotes and stuff... shouldn't it be a way to do this simpler?

My esc key doesnt work, and remaping doesnt do anything, what can i do?, is the only key not working, and i mean not working, powertoys and sharpkeys did nothing.

DID NOT WORK trying to swap win key with fn key as they are for some reason switched on msi. i can't even find the fn key on that list and there's no option for me to "type" it.
