Hi and Assalamualaikum Dr Afza! Previously, I didn’t know that there’s a difference between ‘equal’ and ‘equivalent’; thought they were interchangeable 😅 Like I knew that their signs had different meanings but didn’t realise that that includes the terms as well. Assalamualaikum, apa yang saya faham ciri-ciri empty set ni elemen kedua-dua set A dan B tak boleh sama. Jadi apabila elemen tak sama lansung A intersect B = {}. Yang kedua pula, dr membezakan "set are equal" dan "sets are equivalent". Jadi di sini saya sudah dapat membezakan bahawa set are equal ciri-cirinya semua elemen dalam set A dan B semestinya sama tetapi urutan elemen itu tidak mempengaruhi manakala sets are equivalent elemen dalam set A dan B tak sama tetapi saiz semestinya sama. Kesimpulannya, jika inginkan kek yang lebih sempurna contohilah "set are equal" kerana set are equal tidak menggantikan bahan-bahan utama dalam masakan seperti mentega digantikan dengan marjerin yang menjadikan kek kurang sedap.
