Omg, today will mark one week since I started this and I cannot believe that I'm already at 42:50. I can see the finish line! 😭😭😭
At first, it felt like a mountain to climb, but I honestly got obsessed with learning it and by taking it bit by bit, working on those small chunks as you explain them, I suddenly find myself near the end. I think I might cry when I finish it haha. 😭And of course, I still need to master lots of parts and dynamics to play this beauty properly.
Now those last runs are what I'm most excited about. Apart from working through the piece, I have been practicing the scale run up and down separately in order to master it and gain speed, so that by the time I reach this section, I can be more prepared!
