curious has anyone looked into how much states were getting from the Head Start program, some states getting around $200, 000 to $3 million then Puerto Rico gets $120, 000, 000 million just for the head start pre-k program?

Stoner here, you'd be better off using the moon dirt as a substrate and supplementing the nitrogen. Use less water, or well need to filter the water less. Water isn't consumed, just needs to be condensed and recirculated.
