After watching this, this is what hit me the hardest, and if it hit you the same, you'll understand. "As an animal; you should be happy just by living; you should be happy just because your family is there. You should be happy because you just ate or drank water; animals celebrate all of that; their family, their life, and their activities. You have seen people not celebrate life for weeks, for months, for years. Because they're waiting for that perfect moment; but that perfect moment is right now."

I was fortunate to have met Mr Millan several years ago at a seminar in San Diego. He was even more amazing and awesome in person. Dogs GRAVITATE to him almost like magic too, they truly love the guy, it was plain to see.

Every time I feel I'm a bit off track I watch this short video to remind me of the fundamentals of life. Cesar doesn't train dogs he exists with them and helps other humans do the same. I came here because I’m caring for my Mom’s German shepherd while she’s on vacation in Alaska and I’ve been watching Cesar videos, this one popped up and I clicked to see what he had to share and I actually ended up finding what he had to say helpful for my own situation ( I have been diagnosed with PTSD) due to years of childhood trauma living with a physically abusive alcoholic Dad, I heard and felt the truth in everything Caesar said. I am learning to let go, teaching my body not to react to the rimming up of loud Motor vehicles, gunfire, and certain triggers, He’s so right about living in the moment, appreciating having my needs met in the day, loving. For me, my healing process is trusting in God as a loving protective Father. I really respect Caesar as an alpha male for dogs and humans, he has SO much wisdom to share about animals and for life. I’m listening. I liked what Behind the brand guy said about rising again, like the Phoenix, You have to keep reinventing yourself, I just subscribed. Thank you. 😊❤
