A 41-year-old man is not expected to survive after being shot late Saturday night in Bradenton, according to the news release.

Police say the man had just left the La Barkania Bar and Restaurant around 11:30 p.m. when he was shot.

"He was transported to a local hospital as a trauma alert and is not expected to survive," the news release reads.

He was family to me like how could someone do that to someone that was innocent he was a dad to 4 kids he was me and cousin uncle and a boyfriend and was the only child like why would someone do that that’s so stupid.

It's not a bad area, it was FAMU homecoming and it has a history of shootings. Tallahasse should shut down for FAMU homecoming just like Atlanta did for freaknik
