We wouldn't need bugs and glitches like this if Bethesda didn't have such horrible design choices in this game.
Specials capped at 15, can't put any points into them once past level 50 forcing VERY STRICT builds in an ONLINE FALLOUT game.
Where half the perks and points you use are to combat other horrible design choices
On top of that though the Stash limit is ludicrously small.

Dont get in power armor, it lost my armor, u can use it as, much as u want, but don't, DONT GET IN POWER ARMOR!
