Jokes aside, I made this with my mom for christmas last year, it was a HUGE hit. The pork was juicy and it fell apart easily, the mayonaisse was so good that I made it for more things like sandwiches afterwards, the salad was nice and refreshing, and the potatoes(which we mashed completely) were probably the best part. Thanks for making our Christmas fucking delicious, Gordon.
