I have a 95 740iL and would like to code the HKM module to allow the hydraulic boot system to recognize and to operate from the kick panel boot release switch and also from the key fob boot unlock button. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this with NCS Expert are greatly appreciated. Thank you ever so much again.

Hi dean could you please guide me through on how to recode a second hand ccc head unit in my car? my stock head unit was playing up so i had to buy a second hand unit of the wreckers. plugged in worked as it should but there wasn’t any sound or chimes! replugged the stock one and the chimes worked. so it wasnt a fuse issue. i just purchased ncs expert but i need a guide through please mate! it would be greatly appreciated!

Good work on all your vids Dean, long time BMW owner just getting into coding now. Done a few bits following your guides, thankyou for that.. struggling with something you may know answer to tho:

I've fitted android head unit to my 2008 E60 LCI, working great. Trying to disable the OEM voice control (ccc system) but can't seem to do it.

I've removed VO $620 and FA_Write to CAS and LMA (factory config - expert profile). then default code CAPPL. marked multiple SVS coding options as nicht_aktiv and coded these with manipulation profile.

I've read that the MULF option SVS_EIN_AUS should turn it off also. But I can't read this module (2ULF / ULF2MOST.C11) - NCS expert throws an error in german. Can't read or write to the module either.

Any help at all would be appreciated cheers mate!

I had p problem with my EWS and had to change the DME. Can I use this to change the VIN? The vin is different and the mileage is way off in Ista.

My trans went out in my 2007 bmw x3 so I pulled one from a doner car now egs is not communicating. I think it is still linked to the old doner car. How would mate egs module to me vin?

I didnt have on my bmw e46 bc button on left side, so i installed it but now i need to code it, where in NCSExpert i can find where to activate BC button from there and see if it works ? What modue does that bc button belong inside ncsexpert ?

I’m trying to program my ekp and it says ekp 6.0_2 and when I go to dummy there is no ekp in the drop down just ek928 and 9282. Cxx the x’s representing various numbers
