Paige is a lot braver than she is tough. UConn has Nicki & Caroline to back her up. She's a baller & it's elite 8 time & her heart says, "I'm playing." Maybe she's tougher & braver than I thought.

Hate to say it but she's never going to be the same. She'll always play with a bit of caution now because of that injury. At the start of the season, she was also limping on it practice even BEFORE the actual injury ocurred vs. ND.

I said it before and I'll say it again. Her career won't last long enough to make it into the league because she has the worst handlers...She needed people focused on her long term health and well being...Now her instrument/body is compromised in a way that can't be undone...I feel so bad for her...She has nothing to fall back on...

I hope I am wrong, but I think that Paige is going to have a two stage career. Pre-injury and post injury. Having a total knee replacement, I feel I have a little experience. Knees are that way. They never return to 100% before injury status.

I hate to think or write this, but I doubt Paige will ever be the player she once was with that bad left knee. The type of injuries she has sustained are life changing. I know this from personal experience.

It's something about her being fragile she just runs down the court no contact and gets injured just like that college is a different speed from high school maybe they should get a better specialist opinion on why she gets injured so much
