As my wife and I were traveling across America (2023), she said this trip was everything she wanted to see on her Bucklist. She turned to me and said, what do you want see? I want to "Stand on a Corner in Winslow Arizona". So it was off to Arizona we went. Listening to the Eagles, and traveling across the desert was something I will never forget. I'm blessed to have grown up in a time with the best music ever recorded. The Eagles are timeless.

I'm not sure of the year, probably around 1980, but I stopped by mother's house to say hello. She had the TV on the local PBS station and was watching an Eagles concert. After shussing me during Desperado, she finally turned to me during the break and said "Who is this band? They are wonderful". All I could do was smile and say "yeh mom, they are pretty good".
