Inside of Auschwitz during the Second World War, there was a women's camp where thousands of female prisoners were locked inside of. The Women's Camp of Auschwitz was where at times over 30,000 women were held and many brutal and barbaric female guards oversaw the terrifying incarcerations. Many women found themselves executed and torture within the site, and the conditions were terrible for the women inside of the deadliest concentration camp of the Second World War.

The behaviour and actions of the female camp guards is at once fascinating (think Stanford) and horrifying (think Stanford) - most ‘simple’ village girls…PLEASE do a story on Felice & Lilly - the Nazi and the Jew who fell in love; their story is absolutely incredible and needs to be more widely known - you know, since we’re on the subject of women.
