Low key, staff muted my friend when we were reporting somebody in the lobby. Once you report someone, the staff will go through the chat logs, including your party chat. Instead of punishing the player, they muted my friend for a whole month because of a evident joke in our party chat. This was unjust...

Thanks for putting this out there. The staff and community involved in the Bedrock demotion stuff tried to put our own things together to voice our opinions but we would always get blocked out because Mineplex cant take criticism. Hoping something changes not just for Bedrock but for the entire network.

I was perm network banned for "leaking staff documents" when all i did was talk about them in a forum post, Jarvis banned me and personally decided to reject all my appeals. Jarvis alone is reason enough for Mineplex's destruction

Im just going to say that AlextheCoder leaving the staff team really means something. That guy loved the server and always talked good about it. He would not leave without a trace just like that.
I just want to wish mineplex good luck since he left. Hes the main guy who coded legit every single fucking game on the server. Without him this server will drop in NUMBERS

Was a staff member on Mineplex all the way back in thr Golden age. Even then the server had massive problems behind the scenes. I am glad all my peers got out of that toxic enviroment, None of them deserved that. Mineplex did not deserve them.

Yes. They just can’t take criticism. All the staff members who were demoted were all hard working. It’s just wrong for them to get demoted for sharing their opinions about the server. I agree with everything you said. And thanks for putting this out!

Some of the mods are kind of biased. My friend and I joined this random party with 2 other people and played against this one really toxic high level player. They made fun of us for getting obsidian on our cake and said that it wasnt gonna help us win against them but then proceeded to get obsidian on *their* cake so we were like "didn't you just make fun of us for getting obsidian on our cake." Needless to say they got really upset so my friend and I /ignored them. Later we were playing in another lobby and they joined as a spectator and stayed in our game for a while. One of our teammates was giving stuff to the opposing team so that they could have a fair fight and next thing we knew, a mod randomly joined and our whole entire team was kicked from the lobby (i left before they could kick me and rejoined in time from the lobby option). We were like tf?? Because ye i guess our teammate was teaming in a way but the rest of us were just trying to get double obsidian. Later I found out that the toxic high level player was actually dating the mod who kicked my teammates and got him to kick our team for her and I was kind of like

The mod got removed from staff a few days later for "unknown reasons" but apparently it was found that a bunch of other people had the same issue with the weird couple and the mod who would kick people she wanted. After my teammates were kicked the girl said in chat "thats what you get <3" and left and I was kind of like... it's a computer game? I feel like they need to better the actual punishing progress to make sure this doesn't happen cuz that was mega sus and the fact that I wasn't the only one to have this happen to them was kind of shocking. There was also this one trainee that seemed like a really good pick for trainee and would always help a bunch of people even when mods were on. You could see some staff members were on through staff request and they wouldnt do anything for people in staff request unless you said their username and the one trainee who always worked hard never got accepted and the fact they didn't get accepted and the one guy who kicked my team in cake wars did kind of pissed me off tbh.

the only thing on mineplex with the least lag is the one nobody talks about : mineplex housing.

though, with minecrafts new update, it has made it impossible to open your inventory in it, with it usually crashing after a few seconds. so rip in peace for that. though mineplex will probably patch it, cause the housing stuff is more popular than people think.

I hope Mineplex does nothing and they end up shutting down honestly like I don't even feel bad anymore Mineplex was a great server it was one of the first servers I've ever joined back in 2013 when I first got Minecraft and learned about servers it was also the first server I've ever donated to so Mineplex is quite special to me and it's sad to see this, but it seems like Mineplex can't get their shit together and can't adapt to changes and are just trying to do their own thing.

So yeah it's sad to see how shit Mineplex became, but it seems like they won't do anything to fix the server and anything they do the community hates because Mineplex finds a way to ruin it like the server is in the worst spot ever and they released a new rank... who asked for a new rank? who? no one that doesn't help with anything either.

If your server has actual owners and admins leaving like seriously you need to rethink everything Chiss left even though it was for health issues and other stuff he still left now AppleG left AlexTheCoder left other people are leaving so yeah honestly Mineplex is probably like the EA of servers as long as they're making a money they are going to milk the server and do whatever they can to get as much money out of it before ditching it.

i honestly didn't experience direct abuse but i've seen staff often group up with each other and form a "we have staff at our backs lol" kind of thing and it was pretty annoying

Mineplex Java can hit 4k in April, can barely hit 4k in May, can barely hit 3k or sometimes can't even in June. We've come a long way!

One time this moderator had a private part on his skin and I asked him why he would have that, I said the private part in the chat because he said he didn't know what I was talking about. He muted me right after I said it and changed his skin the next day.

This other time I was playing clans and we were being raided, the clan that was raiding us decided to glitch into our chests. I told the moderator about it and I told her I had recording evidence (which I did). We showed it to her and her EXACT WORDS were " Sorry we don't take video evidence." We had a huge argument about it, but after like 10 minutes I just let it go. The next day I saw the moderators clan she was in ALLIED to that clan that glitched in our chests. That clan the moderator is in has also had COUNTLESS reports of their clan cheating/glitching and nothing has been done. They even invited somebody to their clan who was banned by GWEN not too long after. Staff wonder why their server is dying.. GET BETTER STAFF!

Damm, and for a long time I was considering applying for mod there. But man I don't feel being apart of corrupt server and community. What a shame, they used to be so great.

I don’t think any of this would be an issue if it wasn’t for the fear of speaking up. When a community is lead by decisions being made in a vacuum, the worst thing that can happen is that the community would rather quietly leave then fix what’s happening.
