Hi everyone dropping this comment for all the girlies out there, my skin is acne prone skin and i was scared to use facial razor on my face, but my dermatologist suggested me that this is the only better option you can opt for, as facial waxing makes your skin loose+ you’ll have some burns after that, threading on your cheeks or parts which are much sensitive will be the worst! But but dermaplanning can save your skin for real! I did it 2 days back touchwood i didnt get any scar and also thick hair depends on your hormones, if you have pcos/pcod they’ll obviously grow thicker but if you do not have that it’s alright, AND ALSO FACIAL HAIR ARE NORMALLLL!! But yes the beauty standards for girls are set too high but nvm? We can rock either way! So yayy! I hope this comment helps you.

Does the hair grow back thicker? I’ve been shaving my face for 5 years and the hair has never grown back thicker. The thickness of your hair is determined by your hormones.
Sometimes when the hair grows back after shaving, it may appear thicker because the hair was bluntly cut. Just like when you get your hair trimmed and the ends seem thicker, even though they didn’t really get thicker.

Also not the same thing as professional dermaplaning.

Is face shaving for everyone? No. Nothing in beauty is for literally everyone. If you grow a lot of thick hair, have sensitive skin, have active acne, face shaving may not be the best idea.

However I personally have seen soo many benefits from it like helping my skincare penetrate better.
