NASA identifies new asteroid that could impact Earth in 2046 | Morning in America

NASA’s Planetary Defense Coordination Office announced it has been tracking a new asteroid that could potentially hit Earth on Valentine’s Day in 2046. Theoretical physicist and professor Michio Kaku, Ph.D., said the good news is there's only a 1 in 560 chance of the asteroid hitting Earth, but the bad news is we are sitting ducks, defenseless against asteroids.
