Toni is good.. he is one of la Masia Prospects and more of hybrid attacking midfielder and second striker type than a explosive winger. More like Joao Felix types of player. But Dani Rodriguez? He is on different level, a good ball carrier who can take on defense and create space for more attacking options. He is more of Arjen Robben type but have special attacking threat. I know him since his days at Basque city(real sociedad) and i know the Fernandez cousins too very well. If we're talking about pure winger, Toni have no much for Dani but Toni has his special area of expertise. Both are one of us, and the coach knows better than all of us.
