Coconuts are very good. Coconut juice are high in electrolytes and are better than most sports drinks such as Gatorade. If I could grow coconut trees🌴 here in California, I would. I wonder what coconut crabs taste like. I would imagine the meat being kind of sweet from it's diet of coconuts. 🥥

We in borneo seldom drink water from old coconut lying on the ground; it can be nasty and smelly.actually it is not meant to be drink. Stale. Mostly we drank the green ones

Coconut crabs are soo slow the claws will never close quick enough to hurt you they are harmless
