My favourite isn't on the internet, it's the one with the 90 degree grill thing on the back of 60172 (police car with a net). The studs fit into the square holes. I made the international space station using 384 of them.

3:46 why is this considered illegal? the technic pins and holes were clearly designed to the same size and spacing as the bricks' studs, seemingly for this exact building technique. There is no strain on the parts or bending when connecting in this manner.

If you ever make another one of these, you ought to cover the weird technique where if you get a wall made from enough 1x2 bricks, you can bend it and make a circle.

3:23 OR you can just attach the brick to the pin without the 1x1 stud.

4:15 Why do these pieces break so easily? I keep all of my spare pieces in a bin with divided sections. I sort the pieces by function, and one section is for all of the pieces that are broken. The pile is mostly comprised of cracked torsos, battle droid arms, those horrible reddish brown pieces that snap apart like dry twigs, but more than any other are the hinge pieces shown above.

“LEGO hands on a dish”
This looks perfect for a primitive gear, like something from a mechanical trap in a movie set for “The Goonies” or “Indiana Jones: Raiders…”

I used to do the last one all the time as a kid. 1x1 and round 1x1s were highly valued pieces because of it.
