“Head over foot” is a simple way to improve running form. Many people are stiff through their back, which hinders everyday movement like walking. This can result in chronic pain, as people compensate with other muscles and joints. Try adding a little side bend and rotation through the spine in walking or running. To do so, think about moving the head over the forward foot. This will improve your technique immediately. And doing so repeatedly will help restore mobility to the spine
