I love this clip, I do the same thing to my friend now all the time, as soon as she asks me or tells me anything I just come right back with "so you're an expert? " Just keep deflecting with that line and watch how fast they get frustrated.

@KVCunknown actually that is the best thing he could have said...the reporter was baiting him...and sutton's not stupid...the reporter was telling him he got his elbow up trying to get him to agree...maybe he wasn't so sure after the heat of the game...but he never admitted that and review of the tape does not support that

Everyone critisizes Sutton for his hits. He is a bigger guy than most of the other players, but yes sometimes an elbow can come up, intentionally? Perhaps. Though Sutton stands up on his hits, he doesn't crounch down at the last second, so if you are a smaller guy and you are leaning forward with your head down...yeah, it's going to be your fault. Most of his hits are clean and hard. A few exceptions might occur but was the leopold hit dirty? It was on the edge, both players had responsibilities

Where the hell else is he supposed to put his elbow?? At the point of impact, his elbow was tucked as close to his body as it could be. Totally clean hit.

@75rmc75 that's true, i guess I just wish he'd come off sounding a little less stand-offish. Maybe if he'd said "I didn't have my elbow up, I don't know how you could have seen that" instead of engaging with the reporter in an antagonistic way.

ha to the people saying canadians only watch hockey youre very confused. 52% of the players in the nhl are canadian. i live in a city of 30, 000 and we field around 60 teams every season for minor hockey (ages 6-17). everyone plays hockey.
