Most Meshuggah stuff is in 4/4, just listen to the hats (or cymbals etc.). Meshuggah uses a lot of odd meter/polymeter patterns, so mostly the drums (esp. Hi-hats) are in 4/4 while the guitarists/bassist play a different kind of meter. The kick drum is always accentuating those rhythms. (If I'm not mistaken lol)

Wow people read to deep into the technical aspect. Guys they've said a hundred times almost all their stuff is in 4/4. The kick is designed to match the guitars and either the ride or hi hat is always on 4/4.
