A friend of mine has this issue and I tried a lot to fix this.. he used to be connected to a family account but i removed him from it.. what i'm about to try now is make a new family account with no minors in it.. if that doesn't work, i wouldn't know how else to fix this.

Hey I have a quick question for you! The video was great but when I go to change my birthdate in my Micrasoft account settings, it doesn't let me change my birthdate. Do you know why this is happening? If anybody knows pleas tell me. I have a 200 star bedwars account and I do not want to lose it.
